Why Lazy Boy Club exists
Lazy Boy Club started from a simple idea: that progress doesn’t have to feel intense or exhausting. You don’t need to feel guilty or disappointed if a day doesn’t go to plan.
Taking ten minutes out of your day should feel easy, but it’s surprisingly simple to get distracted and lose track of time. Lazy Boy Club exists to make space for focus, small actions, and moments that gently move things in the right direction.
About me
I’m Joe, a London based digital marketing professional and a parent. Like most people, a lot of my energy goes into work, responsibility, and keeping life moving. Lazy Boy Club exists to create space alongside that. Space for small habits, personal growth, and moments that bring fresh energy into everyday life.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about choosing one thing at a time.
Some days that’s movement.
Some days it’s learning.
Some days it’s rest.
All of it counts.
Who Lazy Boy Club is for
Lazy Boy Club is for people who want to make progress without adding pressure to their lives. It’s for those who care about balance, focus, and consistency, but feel stretched between work, family, and personal growth. If you’re looking for small habits that genuinely fit into real, imperfect days, you’ll feel at home here.
